PARCHEGGIO IN STRUTTURA IN VIA CADIGHIARA - GENOVA

 

L’ area in oggetto è situata in posizione adiacente a gli edifici di Via G. Grasso e Via Torricelli. Si tratta di aree a densità edilizia molto alta ( edifici di 6-8 piani costruiti nei primi decenni del secondo dopoguerra) caratterizzate da forte acclività con gravi problemi di accessibilità veicolare e soste di auto.

Considerate le caratteristiche del terreno il progetto è stato sviluppato su due corpi a gradoni a regolamentare distanza dal rio e collegati da rampe a cielo aperto.

Ognuno dei corpi è servito da un blocco scala-ascensori a tenuta di fumo ed entrambi  i corpi sono collegati con via Grasso.

L’ immobile è costituito da sei piani sfalsati su cui sono collocati i box e i parcheggi all’aperto.

Al piano terreno sono collocati portici destinati a parcheggio pubblico mentre le superfici scoperte destinate a parcheggio sono coperte da pergole.

Pergole e fronti su Via Cadighiara sono dotati da fioriere che consentono la piantumazione di vegetazione ricoprente mentre sulle coperture sono previsti pannelli fotovoltaici.

La struttura è in C.A. con uso esteso di elementi prefabbricati per solai, fioriere e finiture.

 

 

PARK IN STRUCTURE IN CADIGHIARA STREET - GENOA (ITALY)

 

The area in object is placed in adjacent position at buildings of G. Grasso Street  and Torricelli Street.

One treats some earthly of areas at very high building density (buildings of plan 6-8 built in the first decades some second postwar) characterized by strong slope with heavy problems of vehicular accessibility and car stops.

Consider the characteristics of the ground the project was developed on two bodies to big degrees to regulation distance from the brook and connected by open-cast ramps.

Each of the bodies is served by a block lifts scale to estate of smoke and both bodies are attached to G. Grasso street.

Building is constituted by six floors staggered which the garages and the car parks are placed on air.

To the ground floor placed porches are destine you to public car park while uncovered surfaces destined to car park are covered by pergolas.

Pergolas and foreheads on Street Cadighiara are provided by flower-boxes that allow the plantation with covering vegetation while on coverings are foreseen photovoltaic panels.

The structure is in reinforced concrete with extensive element use prefabricated for floors, flower-boxes and finishes.
