La proposta progettuale riguarda la realizzazione di  un albergo 7 stelle.

La costruzione è impostata sulla pianta a corte dei tradizionali caravanserragli arabi; si presenta come una fortezza che racchiude al suo interno un giardino segreto.

Sulla corte interna si affacciano 46 suite - da 80 a 180 mq - ed i servizi generali, mentre  7 suite ‘imperiali’ - 230 mq si affacciano sulle terrazze in copertura.

 

PROPOSAL OF A BOUTIQUE HOTEL BUILDING 7 STARS IN DUBAI CITY -UNITED ARAB EMIRATES

 

The building is developed, like a fortress around the central garden with a ground floor in which all the common spaces are located - hall, reception, business center, living rooms, bar, restaurant, fitness centre, commercial areas.

The hotel is tailored to the high-end and exclusive customers; the suites will therefore not be repetitive in character and, although it varies in dimensions (from a minimum of 75 m2 + 25 m2 -for the green area- to a maximum of 230 m2 + 220 m2 of private garden), they will always be made up of a day area, a night area, a wet area.
