CONCORSO A INVITI PER LA PROGETTAZIONE DELLA AREA CENTRALE DELLA CITTA' DI XU-ZHOU, JIANGSU DISTRICT - REPUBBLICA POPOLARE CINESE 

 

L’area oggetto del progetto si trova a sud della città di Xu-Zhou e fa parte del distretto di Jiangsu. Le richieste della amministrazione volgono alla creazione di un ampia porzione di città caratterizzata da funzioni amministrative, culturali sportive e fieristiche completate dalla presenza di un polo universitario e parchi urbani. Tali funzioni sono il completamento allo sviluppo demografico che la città si appresta a raggiungere, nel 2020 gli abitanti toccheranno quota 500.000.

La proposta ha previsto uno skyline ordinato e ricco di mutamenti concentrato su uno spazio aperto caratterizzato da uno specchio acqueo naturale i cui confini sono ridisegnati in funzione delle nuove attività. Particolare attenzione è stata rivolta agli spazi di rappresentanza che si affacceranno sulla main street amministrativa.

 

DETAILED PLANNING  OF THE CENTRAL AREA  OF  XU-ZHOU, JIANGSU DISTRICT​ - CHINA

 

The area object of the project finds to South of XuZhou town and inside Jiangsu district.  Requests for the administration turn to the creation of a wide town characterized by sports and fair administrative, cultural functions completed by the presence of a university pole and urban parks portion.

Such functions are the completion to the demographic development that the town prepares to reach, in 2020 inhabitants will touch quotation 500.000.

The proposal foresaw a skyline ordered and rich of changes concentrated on a characterized open space by a waters mirror natural whose borders are redrafted in function of the new tasks. Particular attention was turned to the spaces of representation that one will appear at the main administrative street.
