PROPOSTA DI  RIORGANIZZAZIONE  E RINNOVAMENTO DEGLI SPAZI INTERNI ED ESTERNI  ASTOR HOTEL 4 STELLE - GENOVA

 

La proposta intende valorizzare i contenuti della struttura attraverso uno studio riorganizzativo e distributivo che è stato “pensato” con l’apporto specialistico della committenza. Lo spostamento dell’ingresso e della Hall portano a un  nuovo spazio di accoglienza che rende possibile la realizzazione di ampie aree dedicate alla caffetteria e ristorante compreso lo shopping mall. Una vetrata a tutt’altezza nella zona bar e ristorante conduce agli spazi esterni che vengono disegnati come nuova area solarium e piscina complanare con gli spazi interni.

La valorizzazione delle aree esterne crea una nuova mappatura tra i percorsi veicolari e pedonali, lasciando inalterate le caratteristiche naturali dell’area.

Gli spazi interrati vengono riorganizzati con l’inserimento di attività legate al benessere fisico.

 

 

PROPOSAL OF   REORGANIZATION   AND RENEWAL OF THE INTERNAL AND OUTSIDE SPACES  ASTOR HOTEL 4 STARS - GENOA 

 

The project regards the theme of the hospitality.

The hotel, object of the proposal, represents a receptive icon historically rooted in the Genoese east. It suggested intends to increase the value the contents through a study and distributive that was "well-thought-out" with the specialized contribution of the client. The shifting of the entry and some hall take to a  new space shopping mall of welcome that makes possible the implementation of wide areas dedicated the refreshments and included restaurant. A glass window to height all in the zone bar and restaurant leads the spaces outside that come think you over coplanar unworn area solarium and swimming pool with the internal spaces.

The optimization of the areas outside it creates a new map between the vehicular paths and pedestrian way, leaving unchanged the natural characteristics of the area.

Underground spaces are reorganized with the insertion of bound tasks to the physical wealth.
