PROGETTO INTEGRATO: NUOVO ASSETTO INFRASTRUTTURALE COSTIERO PER LA RIQUALIFICAZIONE DI CAVI BORGO  - CAVI DI LAVAGNA (GE) 

 

Il tratto di passeggiata pedonale che va dal sottopasso in corrispondenza del Rio Barassi e che è costituito dall’arcate della ferrovia e dell’Aurelia realizza una porzione di un più consistente ed ambizioso progetto che vorrebbe collegata Lavagna con Sestri Levante con la realizzazione di un asse pedonale lungo tutto il litorale da Chiavari a Sestri Levante e che per intrinseche qualità e lunghezza risulterebbe un unicum di tutta la costa ligure.

 

Date le caratteristiche ambientali, il progetto non è inteso solamente come nastro di percorrenza ma come successione di episodi con diverse valenze, in particolare:

- tratto tra Cavi e Punta Sant’Anna

- passeggiata dalla Stazione ferroviaria a Cavi

- pista ciclabile dalla Stazione ferroviaria di Cavi  alle rocche di Sant’Anna

Il progetto cerca di risolvere con unitarietà le differenze morfologiche e antropiche che si susseguono.

LAVAGNA - ITALY

 

The coast between Lavagna and Sestri Levante is one of the most important tourist seaside in the Ligurian “Riviera” A long beach and beautiful cliffs appeal many thousands of tourist from all the Europe during summertime and in the other months too.

The railways line Rome-France and the parallel road with its hard traffic have cut the seaside by the surrounding areas.

The project organizes a new pedestrian path along the seaside and the urban connection by  public car parking, main urban squares, main public and tourist facilities.

The new promenade has five different sections:

- filtered by with a stone and green line from the parallel railways line,

- hang  on the cliffs,

- elevated on the beach,

- opened on the village square ,

- on the new pier for tourist ferry boats
